This is a statement on the processing of your personal data pursuant to the EU’s General Data
Protection Regulation (679/2016).

Communication regarding privacy matters
We request that data subjects contact the person listed hereinabove for all questions related to the
processing of personal data and situations related to the exercising of your rights.
Basis and purpose of processing personal data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
- The consent to the processing of personal data provided by the data subject
- The contractual relationship between the data subject and controller
- Fulfilment of the controller’s statutory obligations
- The controller’s legitimate interest based on The processing of personal data is based on a
contractual relationship, controller’s legitimate interest, compliance with a legal obligation or
consent.
The purposes of processing personal data include organising and managing of events, internal
development, reporting, collecting of feedback, and marketing and other various event-related
communication with the person and event invitations.
Personal data is also processed to enable networking. In connection with the event, the person can be
offered an opportunity to network with other participants, for example, by a mobile application,
provided that the person has consented that the information entered by him or her is visible to other
users in the application.
Personal data being processed
The controller only collects personal data concerning the data subjects that is essential and relevant
for the purposes explained in this privacy statement.
The following data concerning the data subjects is processed:
- Basic information, such as first name, last name, organisation, title, prefix
- Contact information, such as e-mail address, phone number, address, city
- Additional information relating to the event, such as voluntary information about allergies or dietary requests, as well as other relevant information related to the event (stored only for the duration of organising and managing the event in question)
- Possible photos or videos from events, where the person may appear (photographing will be announced separately in each event)
- Possible payment or invoice details, such as bank card details
Retention period for personal data
The controller will process the personal data for [how long?]. At the end of this period, the controller
will delete or anonymise the data within [which time?] in accordance with the deletion processes it
follows.
The controller may have an obligation to process some personal data belonging to the filing system
for longer than stated above in order to comply with the legislation or authority requirements.
Rights of the data subject
Right to request access to personal data
The data subject has the right to receive confirmation regarding whether personal data concerning
them is being processed and, if it is, the right to receive a copy of their personal data.
Right to rectification
The data subject has the right to request that inaccurate and erroneous personal data concerning them
be rectified. The data subject also has the right to supplement incomplete personal data by submitting
the required additional information.
Right to erasure
The data subject has the right to request erasure of personal data concerning them if
- the personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected;
- the data subject withdraws their consent which the processing of personal data was based on, and no other legal basis exists for the processing; or
- the personal data has been unlawfully processed.
Right to restriction of processing
The data subject has the right to restrict the processing of personal data concerning them if
- the data subject contests the accuracy of their personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of its use instead; or
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but it is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to object
The data subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, at any time, to processing of personal data concerning them.
The controller shall no longer process the data subject’s personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning them for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent
The data subject has the right to withdraw the consent they have provided for the processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to data portability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit this data to another controller.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
The office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, operating under the Ministry of Justice, is the national supervisory authority for personal data matters. You have the right to bring your case to the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is in violation of applicable law.
Amending the privacy policies
The controller is continuously developing its activities and may therefore be required to amend and update its privacy policies when necessary. The amendments may also be based on changes in the legislation concerning data protection.
If the amendments include new purposes for the processing of personal data or otherwise introduce substantial changes, the controller will provide an advance notification of them and, if necessary, request consent.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ADMISSIONS POLICY FOR THE EVENT
The event is organized by Finnish iGaming Events Ltd, a company registered under the business registration number 3356389-7 and having its registered office at Peuramäentie 2 H 48, 02750 Espoo, Finland.
The event is open to business professionals only. A prior registration is required. The ticket must be paid be before attending the event.
Registering under false information is not required and attendance maybe denied if registering is done under false information.
Without prejudice, the organisers reserve the right to exclude any individual(s) or legal person(s).
CCTV may be in operation during the event. The contents of such videotape may be used as evidence in a court of law.
The organisers reserve the rights to film/take pictures during the event. By attending the show, visitors permit the organisers/approved third parties to use any footage taken.
Local age restrictions apply to all or parts of the event.
ID may be required for admission.
Canvassing is not permitted.
All film or photography taken at events is the intellectual property ofFinnish iGaming Events Ltd and cannot be used or broadcast without priorpermission.
Finnish iGaming Event Ltd retain the right to remove anyone from the event should be seen advertising/marketing illegal gambling or betting inFinland. No logos or marketing materials of foreign casinos are allowed at the event.
The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the event or venue who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break the rules.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE EVENT
• Request for substitution:
If you are unable to attend the event, we can substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. Please get in touch with support@igamingevents.fi.
• Refund requests concerning paid tickets to the event:
A refund will be given for cancellations received anytime up to 30 working days prior to the event taking place in Finland. If the cancellation is made later than this ,you will be charged the full amount, and a refund will not be given.
• Freeentrance (speakers, panelists):
It is most appreciated if you inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a place reserved for you for free (speakers, etc.). We reserve the right not to allow you to send someone on your behalf if you have been allowed to attend the event for free.
• No shows:
The full amount for your place will be charged, and no refund will be given.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE EVENT
At the event, all participants must ad here to this Code of Conduct. This includes displaying professionalism, respecting others' intellectual property, and treating everyone equally, regardless of their gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or age. Any forms of harassment, abuse, discrimination, inappropriate physical contact, and offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated. Participants are not allowed to record or disrupt any part of the event, or engage in any publicity or distribution of materials without prior consent. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the Code of Conduct, and individuals who have experienced any violations should contact the staff at the registration desk.
